24 hours advance notice is required for appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled in less than required time will be billed at the full treatment price. If you do not show up for your treatment, you will also be billed at full treatment price.
Valid Debit/Credit card details are required to secure all bookings. If you book within 24 hours of the allotted treatment time, we require 50% payment in advance to secure the booking. No bookings are confirmed without valid card details. We kindly ask you to take care when completing your contact details as unsuccessful attempts to contact you will result in a cancellation of the booking.
If you book via the telephone a member of the clinic team will ask for valid card details to confirm the booking, so please have these details to hand.
Please keep in mind that arriving late for a scheduled treatment will result in a necessary reduction in the treatment time that will be billed at full treatment price.
We require all clients to complete a healthcare form and advise us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or surgeries which could affect your choice of treatment.
We may require you to sign a consent form before commencement of any treatment.
Please inform us if you are an expectant mother and we will have the pleasure to guide you through the skin treatments and products that are available for you.
We are delighted to offer Skin Treatments for people 16 years old or above. If you are under 16 years old, you must be accompanied by an adult for the whole duration of the treatment. You and your guardian will be required to sign our consent form before any treatment is undertaken.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal articles left on the clinic premises. Please keep all valuables with you.
