Cancelation Policy


When an appointment has been booked and confirmed we do operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. 

Any booked and confirmed treatments that are not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge to the sum of the full treatment cost booked.

Valid Debit/Credit card details are required to secure all bookings. If you book within 24 hours of the allotted treatment time, we require 50% payment in advance to secure the booking.  No bookings are confirmed without valid card details.

If you book online we will make contact with you to request the card details and confirm your chosen date and time. We kindly as you to take care when completing your contact details as  unsuccessful attempts to contact you will result in a cancellation of the booking.

If you book via the telephone a member of the clinic team will ask for valid card details to confirm the booking, so please have these details to hand.
